The Year We Started

Seventy-plus years is a long time to keep getting invited back.

We've watched the Tri-Cities grow up. The same family name that started painting here in 1952 is still on the trucks, still on the ladders, and still on the logo. That kind of history isn't something you can fake, and it's the reason a winery in Walla Walla and a homeowner in Kennewick both call the same crew.

Our Story

We're H B Painters, and We've Been Here a Long Time.

We're a union, family-owned painting company in Kennewick, and we've been painting the Tri-Cities since 1952. That's our name on the trucks and, yes, that's Stacy in the glasses on our logo. We're not a franchise and we're not a call center. When you reach us, you reach the people who'll actually be on the job.

We do everything from a basic interior repaint all the way up to commercial and industrial work, like cold-storage warehouses and the winery out in Walla Walla. Whatever the size, we prep it properly, we take the time to get the colors right with you, and we clean up after ourselves.

More than anything, we care about the work and the people we do it for. Three quarters of a century in one place only happens if you treat every job like your name is on it. Ours is.
